Phoebe has been connected to yoga since a teenager. Taking it up formally 19 years ago, she initially studied with Sema Fadil in Brighton & in 2000 spent 10 weeks in Southern India, to gain a Teacher Training Certificate with the International Sivananda Organisation.
Having had her inner fire for satsang & chanting lit there, in 2001 a serendipitous conversation led her to meeting enlightened kundalini master Sri Vasudeva, founder of the Blue Star Organisation, Trinidad & Tobago. Deeply moved by this meeting, in 2002-3 Phoebe spent 6 months in the Blue Star Ashram in Trinidad, where she deepened her training & experience in meditation, chanting and practical application of yoga philosophy. She remains under the guidance of this powerful teacher.
Phoebe is a light-hearted & passionate instructor with over 4000 hours of teaching experience in a wide variety of arenas.
