Get clear on your vision as a teacher
This mentoring workshop is to help you clarify who you are as a teacher, what you offer, your message and your vision for the year ahead, and perhaps beyond.
Aimed at Pilates and Yoga teachers as well as fitness instructors, personal trainers, and movement teachers.

In this 3-hour workshop, Louise will create a safe environment for teachers to share openly, gain inspiration and practical advice, plus have some time for self care. She will guide you through group discussion and exercises to explore your vision, including:
- Who you are as a teacher – your values, your style, what you offer, your
mission statement/ purpose - Your vision/ dream/ intention
- Create an action plan/ what you need/ who you need/ steps
- Circle sharing and questions
- Restorative pose for rest – self care
About your tutor: Louise Windsor has been a tutor for Harmonise Training since 2018 running her popular Yin Yoga Teacher Training and other successful courses. Louise started teaching Yoga in 2012 as an addition to her life coaching business which she began nearly 20 years ago. She has always been fascinated with personal development and how the mind works, believing the the most common belief that holds many people back is not feeling good enough. It’s Louise’s mission to help change this.

Who? This workshop is aimed at Pilates and Yoga teachers as well as fitness instructors, personal trainers and movement teachers.
Certification: All attendees will receive a 3 hour CPD certificate from Harmonise Training Academy.
