300hour advanced yoga teacher training

Welcome to the Harmonise Training Academy 300hr advanced yoga teacher training course brought to you by Clare Francis and Louise Windsor; designed to develop your teaching skills, broaden your understanding, deepen your practice and widen your target market and work opportunities.

This course has a focus on yoga for mental, physical and emotional health and well-being of self and within the community. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to upgrade to a 500hr registered yoga teacher (500-RYT) with the Yoga Alliance (USA).

Please note that anatomy, physiology, fascia, embodiment, self-reflection, pain management, stress management, ethics, trauma sensitive teaching and somatic yoga is weaved throughout the course and you will have a lot of tools to be confident in teaching and adapting in a 1:1 setting as well as run your own retreats and workshops.

We have tried to make the course as flexible as possible and as such, you can attend the CPD courses in any order, over a duration of up to 4 years from your first course.

Harmonise Diploma in
Yin Yoga

We suggest 2-4 years as a time-frame for completion giving you time to apply what you learn within your teaching and practice enabling you to evolve throughout the process.
You have a maximum of 4 years to complete the training from the time you begin your first course.

Certification

You will receive a certificate at the end of each short course, however, you will need to wait until you have completed all 3 x 100hr modules in order to register your hours with Yoga Alliance, at which point we will issue you with 1 x 300hr advanced certificate.

In order to maximise the benefits of each course as you embark on your learning journey, they each have a clear set of objectives and include at least 3 of the following elements: pre-course learning, a theory paper, written worksheets, lesson plans, teaching practice, personal practice, reflective practice.

Each course is well structured with a clear assessment protocol to ensure the information delivered is absorbed, understood, applied, embodied and practiced. We always give feedback and suggestions for further development. We believe this stands us aside from other course providers which are ‘attendance only based’.

Investment & Payment Structure

Course price is £3,600 and we offer the following payment options:

Monthly standing order: You can set up a monthly standing order of £120 for 30 months starting at least 2 months before your first course.
Full payment: Pay in 1 lump and save £200 on the full course price: £3,400
Payment per course: Pay for each short course at the time of booking, enabling you to spread the cost of the course within a time frame that suits your budget.
