Yoga classes with Clare

Join Harmonise Founder, Clare Francis, for weekly classes on Wednesday evenings at Revitalise, Brighton & Hove. Choose from an early evening Yang to Yin class or a later Strong Flow session.

Clare has over 25 years teaching experience and is a senior yoga teacher & teacher trainer with Yoga Alliance. She has attended over 1,200 hours of Yoga trainings herself including hatha, Vinyasa flow, ashtanga, yin, yoga nidra, meditation, pranayama, chakras & elements, sound healing, trauma informed, back care, pre & post-natal, therapeutic yoga for cancer & therapeutic somatic yoga for healing, stress & burnout. She is also a trained life coach and energy coach.

Clare is known for her clear explanations, ability to make new information accessible and encourages embodiment of both the theory and practical aspects of yoga to aid understanding through personal experience. Learn more about Clare here.

Clare will guide you through a class designed to release any stresses and tensions of the day with some standing, heat building, strengthening and energising postures.

We’ll let go of anything no longer serving before turning inwards, focusing on the breath and finding inner peace whilst holding postures to release fascia, find space and invite in fresh energy before ending with deep relaxation.

This is class is for all levels.

Join Clare for a dynamic vinyasa flow class. Intelligently sequenced, these classes are designed around a peak pose or a given theme which will change each week.

Linking breath to movement this rhythmic class will build internal heat, strengthen and lengthen, raise prana (life force) before absorbing the practice in savasana (corpse pose). Different options will be given throughout, however,  experience of yoga would be ideal.

This is not a class for beginners but if you want to challenge your Yoga practice – come along 🙂
