Clare has had a 23-year career in the health and fitness industry and founded Harmonise Training Academy in 2014. She has organised, structured and delivered over 30 successful Yoga and Pilates teacher trainings with excellent feedback. She holds a PTTLS teaching qualification and a L3 ‘assessing Vocational skills’ qualification.

Clare knows what it takes to be a successful teacher and will do everything she can to ensure you become just that! Everything she has learnt over the past 23 years will be passed down during her small group and supportive teacher training courses.

Louise Windsor

Louise Windsor (nee Gillespie-Smith) teaches Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga 1-1s and is a Life Coach and Reiki Healer. Her yoga journey began over 12 years ago after starting her own business as a life coach, she discovered that yoga philosophy and practice fitted so perfectly with her interest in helping others with self enquiry, development, healing and so much more.

Louise is a ERYT 200 CEP with Yoga Alliance and is a Senior teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) which means she has taught over 3000 hours and is a continuing education provider.

Stacey Beattie

Since qualifying as a Pilates instructor with Harmonise Training Academy, Stacey has gone on to build a successful client base for both group classes and 1:1’s. Her journey since qualifying in her own words ‘couldn’t have gone any better’. Stacey enjoys working with all ages and abilities and particularly loves helping her clients through injury rehabilitation. 

Trained by Harmonise and Stott Pilates, she is also a trained L3 assessor and holds a L3 award in education and training and has taken CPD courses in both pre and post-natal, seniors and back care (for both Pilates and Barre) and using small equipment.
