Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

Harmonise Training Academy does not permit the use of AI for the completion of any coursework. All information provided by Harmonise Training Academy and Active IQ within the training manuals and further reading suggestions have been verified and are reliable.

Where the use of AI has been suspected by an assessor, the following steps will be followed:

1. The assessor will ask the learner if they have used AI. If they have, they will be asked to resubmit their coursework, using a difference colour, in their own words, whilst not deleting their prior to submission so a clear audit trail is visible.
   
2. If the learners says they haven’t used AI, and the assessor still suspects it, the coursework in question will be put through AI detecting software, approved by Active IQ.
   
3. If the outcome shows that AI was used, the learners work will be nil and void and the malpractice (non-compliance guidelines) in the Malpractice/Maladministration Procedure & Misconduct Procedure for Learners will be followed.
