Jay Veron

Jay has been teaching yoga for over 9 years, his teaching focuses on Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama.

Since graduating from Harmonise Training Academy in 2017, he has since travelled the world teaching in places like India, Spain and Portugal and has stayed in several Ashrams to really integrate the philosophy and Yogi lifestyle into his own experience. 

He has well over 700 hours training under his belt in various disciplines of Yoga including conscious connected breathwork, Hatha, vinyasa flow and Yin.

He is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a E-500hr teacher, the highest badge.

Jay’s special interests, and therefore class themes, tend to be focused on incorporating embodied mindfulness. Having studied with Buddhist monks, he teaches how to incorporate these practices both on and off the mat.

His classes are often accompanied by props, and he is also known for his sense of humour when demonstrating those more ‘challenging’ poses.

Jay runs a weekly Yin Yoga class in Brighton and monthly online mindfulness groups, along with annual retreats in Europe. He has also assisted on 200hr Hatha and Vinyasa Flow trainings in India and now assists the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course for Harmonise.

When Jay is not on the Yoga mat he is often out walking in nature, playing sport or planning another trip!
