Join Clare next summer 2024 for a life changing yoga retreat & holiday on the beautiful Greek island of Antiparos. This retreat is open to all. Harmonise retreats have a family/community feel and we welcome and encourage solo travellers to join us!

“ Everyone should spend time with Clare – she’s an intuitive and wise teacher whose retreats are so special. She has a gift to create the setting and environment for spiritual growth and accessible mindfulness.”

Paula, Wild Women’s Retreat, 2023

If you’d like to meet and have a chat with retreat leader, Clare, to find out if this retreat is right for you – get in touch to arrange a free zoom call.

Antiparos is a small picturesque island at the heart of the Cyclades group of islands in the southern Aegean with small fishing boats in the port, white-washed houses, tavernas and cafés. The island also offers over 60 km of stunning shoreline and is blessed with crystalline emerald waters, golden sandy beaches and other extraordinary natural wonders such as the famous Cave of Antiparos.

Our retreat venue is based right on the beach so between activities, you can enjoy swimming in the sea, and relaxing in our beautiful retreat gardens and surroundings.

Our days will start with morning mindfulness / meditation, breath practices, energising practices, reflection & optional journaling. Daytimes will be free time for you to relax at our beautiful retreat venue, swim in the sea, explore, or do with as you wish…

We will come together again in the late afternoon to participate in activities which will include a mix of somatic yoga, yin yoga, breath practices, mindfulness/meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation/sleep yoga).

Each day will have a different theme and will include between 3 – 4.5 hours of yoga and wellbeing related classes & workshops. Morning practices will be more energising, and afternoon practices will be more relaxing and restorative. The stunning location and surrounding nature will be weaved into the days’ theme and practices.

“Really accessible for all levels and very well led. I loved that we made the most of the environment and nature and brought it into our practice”.

Anonymous, Summer Solstice Retreat, June 2023

During the course of the week, there will also be the opportunity to join a cacao ceremony, dancing and a boat trip.

The main town of Antiparos with its narrow, cobbled stoned alleyways and streets, white washed houses decorated with thriving pink and purple bougainvillea and shadowy eucalyptus trees, is also within an easy 10 minute walking distance.

One afternoon will be kept completely free for you to explore the island.

On three evenings, we will eat out together, but you will also have several evenings free to explore the local area and choose where to go for dinner and who with. You’ll be able to watch stunning sunsets over the sea as the evening draws in.

This is going to be a week to remember – a life changing retreat, escape and holiday. Rest, relax, heal, uplift, energise, and rejuvenate – with like-minded people in stunning surroundings – we will have a LOT of fun!

Please note: Whilst we actively encourage participation in the retreat offerings, this is YOUR holiday too and all of the meditations, yoga classes, workshops, activities and group trips are optional. For example, you may choose to spend more time exploring the island, or you may like to have a lie in one morning!

A safe, heart-warming experience filled with love and wisdom. My cup has been filled.”
