Overball (soft ball) CPD Workshop

as well as adding strength and stability to your existing repetoire?

If you are, then look no further! It’s time to explore and get creative!

In this fun and playful CPD workshop with Clare Francis, you can expect to open your eyes to the myriad of ways you can incorporate the overball into your Pilates (or yoga) classes and leave feeling inspired and eager to begin incorporating what you learn straight away.

You will learn how you can utilise the overball to:

Each student will receive a handout, take part in 2 practical classes as well as a theory lesson and discussion. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions.

About your tutor:

Clare Francis has over 23 years industry experience and has always been ‘hands on’ in her approach! She is Stott trained, qualified in sports, deep tissue and remedial massage with LSSM, completed a 10-day moving fascia embodied anatomy course in 2018 and is an experienced Pilates and yoga teacher. She has been successfully delivering teacher trainings for 8 years and is a qualified adult tutor and assessor. Who? Aimed at Pilates teachers and may be of interest to yoga teachers (gym instructors, personal trainers or group exercise leaders may also apply).

Certification: All attendees will receive a 3 hour CPD certificate from Harmonise Training Academy.

Equipment Required: Pilates mat/yoga mat, soft ball (7” or 9”) – available to borrow or bring your own.
